Return Policy

​Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, Zeolite Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographs and additional information to evaluate the issue. At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement for products that are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Zeolite Labs reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
