Limited Warranty

Zeolite Labs warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Zeolite Labs may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damage caused by improper operation or failure to follow product instructions

• Commercial or institutional use unless otherwise approved in writing

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Zeolite Labs and provide proof of purchase along with a description of the issue. Zeolite Labs may request photographs, videos, or additional information to evaluate the claim.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise determined by Zeolite Labs.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ZEOLITE LABS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEOLITE LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ITS PRODUCTS.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
